Homeowners association dues are past due!
 If you have not paid your annual association dues, please contact Joe! If you are in a financial bind (you're not alone!), please contact us anyway and we can work something out that's easy on everybody!

Homeowners Meeting
We have set a date for the next homeowners meeting. Thursday, July 31, 7:00pm at Joe and Sandy Pfeiffer's home, 2020 Mina Lane Dr.

Neighborhood work day and BBQ
We would like to have a neighborhood workday on Saturday, August 16th from 8AM to Noon. Meet at the retention pond and bring any implements of destruction you might have that can help us remove weeds and brush.

At noon, we will have a neighborhood BBQ and celebrate the good work!

Neighborly Sense... 
Parking
We have noticed that parking seems to be an issue. Mina Lane Dr. is wide enough for ONE parked car and through traffic. If there is a car parked on the street, please do not nor allow your guests to park directly across from it, thus blocking traffic. If this continues to be an issue, Gwinnett could make one side of the street 'no parking.'

Bus Stop
As we head back into the school year, please be aware of the traffic at the bus stop.
  • Watch out for the kids (especially for the ridiculously early bus!)
  • Do not block any driveway
  • Do not park on BOTH sides of the street (see the other note above
Also, Georgia traffic laws prohibit parking within so many feet of a stop sign... so watch that one, too!
